Can be a bit monotonous

During the COVID lockdown period, there was a manager who closely monitored every movement. She scrutinized every line of sentences, including punctuation marks, and never paid attention to her subordinates. She firmly believed in her own correctness, insisting that her way of doing things must be followed, or there would be penalties. She was resistant to any suggestions or feedback from her subordinates. The subordinate provided feedback to HR, expressing stress due to the manager's actions. Despite this, the manager extended the employee's probation, issued threats, and subtly suggested that the employee should resign. This behavior leaves a negative impression and raises questions about effective leadership.
