      Pretty flexible schedule. decent benefit. Not much of work life balance. Not much of company events

      Low salary. Not much of resources. Low turn over rate. No down level communication.

      Processes are just horrible. Long work hours, with no systems and lengthy paper work for manufacturing.

      Pros

      This is a company where you can grow and change your position. I worked there 10 year with good and bad moment but when you take a look on the entire period my evolution inside was great. Salary are not too bad but not always aligned on the market and hard to negociate in a second time : remember to negociate hardly when you arrive after it will be too late.

      Cons

      Management decisions often seems to be out of reality, and not enough explain to employees, then not agreed and it generate tension. Company grow fast then it take time to complete human ressources and when they arrive it's already too late. Too much and complicated procedures kills efficiency.
