      The work culture here is a plus, with diverse people you meet. A flexible environment with supportive leadership. A good work-life balance can be easily achieved. For women, many benefits are available such as paid maternity leaves, and creche policies. Many business functions to cross-learn and develop your career. Career switching is possible within the company itself.

      Long-term growth in higher positions is less. After 5-7 years in the company, the growth opportunities may shrink as higher-level positions are limited and competitive. Pay and compensation are well matched with the market standards, but not as good as other competitive companies.
