      Work was easy and repetitive

      Cons

      Management finding new ways to complicate things. Constant understaffing and finding new ways to make the experience worse. Terrible pay that never improved.

      Very bad middle Mangers working in silos as none of them can agree on a single thing including team responsibilities.

      Pros

      1) Work life balance is decent. 2) Initially felt good directions from parent company Danaher.

      Cons

      1) Too much intervention of plans from parent company for plans even though company is on the right path but, constantly changes leadership and there is way too many changes every 3-6 months to create unnecessary work for middle management when none exists and new strategies with changes in leadership and everyone is surprised why nothing sees the end. 2) Very bad middle managers and all different teams work in silos with lot of internal red tape, have to convince a thousand people to do your own work assigned to you as per the expectation from middle managers.
