      Pros

      Cepheid has some great products that are used throughout the world in the medical field.

      Cons

      I don't like how the "parent company" Danaher has changed processes and systems and some of these aren't for the better. Corporate doesn't practice what they preach.

      Hours are good. 8 hr work days and you can pick what shift you want to work. OT is available.

      Minimum pay. Management doesn't care about you. All they want is money. They are rude
