Peaceful, fun, flexible, encouraging, promoting career growth, meaningful projects, contributes to scientific research, easy communication and approach to high level associates, provides very good business tools and expert people which/who solves the problems instantly, high team spirit.

Cons

It is hard to say for a new hire, I really enjoy it so far. The only thing I could say would be very tight deadline for performance evaluation for a new hire but if you set achievable goals, I think it is no problem. So far so good, I really enjoy being part of cepheid!
