      Cons

      No accountability for upper management. Hard work is not rewarded. Proper compensation will not be given unless you're at a Director level or higher.

      Pros

      I could probably do nothing for at least 6 months without anyone noticing.

      Cons

      No communication. No transparency, Silo'ing of information. No training. 100% of the time is spent putting out fires and 0% of time on strategic planning. Upper management doesn't listen. Future plans are all smoke and mirrors. Poor evaluation of talent. Lack of turnover leads to complacency and laziness. "Fibbing" is encouraged and acknowledged by VP level individuals... ie lie to employees and set false expectations to boost work output in the short term.

      Pros

      The health insurance is really good, manufacturing environment is fast and active. Always work available, systems look like the processes are established. As other reviews have said a great place to start a job in Medical Devices. However, for someone with experience in this field I would recommend careful consideration and weighing out pros and con's. Overall pros: Good Benefits, Stock Grant, and flexible experienced employees.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges are getting clear directions. Senior staff Directors / Managers very inexperienced in the Device Industry.
