      Dishonest and incompetent leadership

      Pros

      There were good people. All the good people have left or were RIF’d.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Constant layoffs and cutting of resources and staff. They hire in India , Canada and Europe to save labor costs. CYA and backstabbing culture.

      -Does not listen to subject matter experts -Invited to meetings, yet told to stay quiet when opinion is not sought after - why invite people then? -Issue with executing programs and solutions without really understanding the how or what the issue and causes lots of rework -no appreciation for work/life balance
