- Colleague engagement - Collaborative -Continuous Learning & Education -Great people throughout the company; no matter what role you have, someone is always willing to help you. -Welcoming to colleagues of any age range.

Cons

- Trying to have a uniform system firm wide. This is a little difficult at the moment due to recent M&As.
