A wealth of resources to assist you in learning, development, and client servicing. Unlimited PTO is also a huge perk for added travel flexibility.

Cons

The rapid growth and expansion of the firm through primarily M&A activity and continued development of shared service offerings, results in a lower revenue split on a per office and per advisor basis.
