This is the worst organization I have ever worked for and glad that I came out of this in one year. The office facility is no less than a public toilet (literally). It smells bad and there is no decent place to sit and work or to eat. Like me, if you have worked for reputed companies, know that this place is not for you! They try to cut every round wrt the pay, have no work ethics. Biased place! Also, the management literally try to do anything to please the client and have no seriousness in proving themselves. The team was full of incompetent people who didn't get job elsewhere and had a bad history of employment. If you want to get settled or work for good companies then leave this place ASAP!

They are forcing you to work more than office timing and also force you to work on weekend. They will not not appreciate your hard work and forcing you to do hard work. At the time of college placement cerium told to give minimum 25 % increment annually but they gave less than 25% increment. you might wait for nine month for your first project. There is no good canteen for lunch and breakfast.
