Never seen such a great company in my life time
Pros
I had been working in cerium systems from past 2 years. They haven't treated me like an employee..They always treat you like a family member. All are very co-operative and supportive. They helped me in any worst situation. My manager, Lead, HR, Our CEO, recruitment team, my teammates everyone supported to save my dad's life. I don' get such great company in my lifetime. I had worked for 2-3 companies but cerium stands at top always to me. Lucky and proud to be cerium employee. :) I don't have any words to describe about cerium but all I can say is that they will stand with you in your worst situation like a family member:) Thanks to all ceriumites :) If you get an offer with cerium, you can blindly join this company. i would recommend many of my friends to cerium.

Nothing as of now. I don't see any Cons in cerium. All are helpful to grow as a team. All are helpful and understanding.
