      CertaSite - A Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Since CertaSite took over the company I used to work for, I have been given nothing but opportunity to succeed. Management is encouraging, mostly engaged, and willing to listen/ take suggestions. With steady work ethic and a good attitude in the face of changes at a fast-growing start-up company, the growth potential is massive. Flexible schedule, work from home permitted, great benefits package as well. Direct line of communication is open (if you want it) with the executive leadership team.

      Cons

      Sometimes consistency of communication is lacking, and directions from different departments can contradict each other. From an employee standpoint, it can seem like direction changes are a little short-sighted. New initiative roll-outs can be choppy and seem kind of haphazard.

      Fast growing company.

      Pros

      Work/personal life balance. CEO has open line of communication with employees through monthly video calls. Company benefits. Internal training program for technicians that allows them to advance in pay quicker that most competitors. Company vehicle that you can take home. Company provides iPhone and iPad. They promote from within.

      Cons

      On call. Quickly growing, which at time can make employees nervous. Especially when most of these acquisitions are smaller companies in the first place. They’re not accustom to change, so moving into much larger market can be difficult. Sales and operations can butt heads at times.

      Right idea bad leadership

      Pros

      Not a lot of pros here… work from home is allowed.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Owned by a private equity firm that just sees numbers and not actual people. Communication is awful if you are a lower level employee. They act like everything is fine until it’s too late.constantly have issues recruiting the right people. Turnover is extremely high for low level positions
