great environment but little to no growth

Pros

paid hourly and some opportunity for overtime. Not too stressful for the most part. Great team and interesting work. Supervisors don't micromanage you.

Cons

No growth, Not many raises even though they are earned (Accepted by supervisor). Responsibilities will increase and its all a "family" until its time to get a raise, then we're reminded this is a business.

Plenty of travel and benefits from staying in hotel Make anywhere from an extra $5-$15,000 extra a year on per diem Great co workers Working in different environments and learn different techniques and testing methods

Cons
