      Pros

      Diversity of work, fast paced, wearing multiple hats (flexing multiple skills), awesome products and amazing coworkers. Passionate leadership. Teamwork, learning opportunities, collaboration.

      Cons

      Systems not yet in place to make day to day transactions simple. Timelines for deliverables are not always sufficient given the products and testing requirements.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Cesium. There has been quite a bit of growth and company has added some great people. Work is challenging and products are complex and interesting. Definitely feel recognized for my contributions and many opportunities to learn and take on new things. Benefits for 2023 are real step up from last year, comparable or better than other companies I've worked for. Overall, exciting company with lots of cool opportunities to grow your career.

      Cons

      Not sure this is really a con... company is lean and working to grow the team so do have to put in extra effort to get things done. With lots of new folks joining have to work to get everyone up to speed. Good challenges to have in my opinion.

      Pros

      Challenging work, strong leadership, manifest destiny atmosphere, inclusive office environment, fun culture building events, and employee ownership mentality. Provided lunch on Thursday's, free/easy parking, and upscale office locations. Insurance coverage is good.

      Cons

      Occasional startup growing pains so things can shift fast, usually for the better. PTO is a little light for new employees.
