      Pros

      They aggregate accounts well. Outside, current 401k, REIT. Clients can see everything easily. Some of the service reps are good.

      Cons

      Everything else. Their platform is garbage. Takes way too long to submit simple tasks. The platform does not communicate well. We often do not know when there is a workflow issue or why it is caused. Their document warehouse is impressively unintuitive. Every back office task turns into a chore. There is just so much unnecessary friction. They make up for it by their high affiliation fees, nickeling and diming advisors, and charging clients with high platform fees for a platform that sucks. The web portal looks like it was a fresh design from 2007. I seriously hate this company. I cannot wait to take my business elsewhere.
