      Pros

      Cetera is a good company that works hard to ensure the best for clients. they have tons of financial products that clients can benefit from.

      Cons

      Cetera can be disoranized with the infinte amount of systems for databases, acct, etc.. Everything should be on one system. Also the employees (everyone that isn't a financial advisor) aren't appreciated as they should be. Sales assistants and resource center people carry the business the advisors bring in. However, the employees are often overlooked and talked down to by the advisors. They need to offer training on how advisors should conduct ethical business with an assistant and vice versa.
