      None what so ever. Real talentless upper management.

      They make promises they cannot or don't want to keep. The upper management lacks integrity and are dishonest.

      Pros

      Collaborative work environment, good people, good benefits, flexibility in work hours and opportunity to work at home on ad hoc basis depending on your department. Many people have been with the company for many years. After a year a half of tumult caused by an inept parent company, it looks like signs are pointing to a positive outcome of some sort.

      Cons

      Heavy work load, people are spread very thin. Projects are assigned due dates without input from the people who are really doing the work.
