The problem starts with the top

Pay is good. They pay very well for management but there is a dramatic gap between management and non salaried employees

Cons

There old guard at the top must be replaced. The directors and managers have just enough experience to run a fast food chain. The culture and reputation internally is that nothing has been fixed and they keep adding more broker dealers to compound the problem. There is a lack of email and meeting etiquette throughout the organization. For example, meetings are scheduled 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Emails are pretty much the same with at least 5 people copied.

Very stressful environment. Constant chaos. Bad corporate culture

Decent benefit package. Some good people still remain in spite of all the problems.

Cons

No vision. No planning. Dysfunctional. The company has a culture that turns people into submissive workers who will say yes to management orders even when they know they shouldn't. Years of mismanagement are evident in many areas. There are some many CYA-type of processes the incompetent managers created and they still strongly believe in them.
