      The department has many opportunities for growth and development. Lots of supervisor and and manager support. Great team dynamics and clear direction in terms of how we are to achieve certain goals.

      Cons

      The position is customer facing and very demanding. It gets overwhelming quickly and sometimes there is nobody available to provide you support and resources are not always available to navigate tough calls.
