      Pros

      There are some really talented people who work here and they know how to do their jobs well.

      Cons

      The Executive Committee is not very seasoned and they are paying too much attention to the little details and not paying enough attention to the big picture. It makes it very difficult for anyone to do their job since you have to get Executive approval for almost everything.

      Employees care about each other, treat each other like family.

      Cons

      Being understaffed is the biggest issue. When our company was acquired by Cetera, they laid off a lot of people and then expected the remaining employees to pick up their work without any change in compensation. In fact, many benefits were scaled back or eliminated. Employees who were working toward degrees, for example, instantly lost their tuition assistance.
