      Pros

      Very good benefits! The pay isn't as great as it probably could be, but the benefits are hard to beat.

      Cons

      Didn't really feel like the people who worked there were very satisfied with what seemed to be a mediocre job, other than the executive team, which consisted of approximately 6 people.

      Pros

      Great people that care about one another. Management is extremely well versed an experienced. Benefits are fairly good within the industry.

      Cons

      At times, it seems like management does a poor job of communicating the overall goals of the organization. While they are quick to pont out the major broad goals, they don't really go into detail on how we plan to get there.
