      Friendly People and recognition program to encourage people for their good work.

      Cons

      Company financial situation is not good due to the parent company RCAP filed for bankruptcy back in Jan. 2016, and many executive level management moved onto the competitor companies.

      Cons

      Recent aquisitions and the resulting fast-paced changing environmnt have posed some challenges. The Executive Team is working hard to remedy.
