Pros

- The pay was reasonable for the position, and the benefits were ample, making it competitive in the industry. - Banking hours (8-5) allowed for maintaining a good work-life balance, which was appreciated. Bank and federal holidays usually off and paid, which was an added benefit, as well as generous PTO offerings.

Cons

- Lack of support for employees with medical needs, especially when requesting reasonable accommodations. Despite formally asking for accommodations, my needs were not met, which made the work environment increasingly stressful. - Unfair termination practices. Shortly after requesting accommodations for a medical condition, I was terminated without proper consideration of my situation, making me feel that the company was more focused on avoiding challenges than supporting employees. - Poor communication and management. Requests for assistance or accommodations were often ignored or delayed, adding to the stress of working here. - Inconsistent attendance policies, which seemed to be enforced more strictly when an employee faced medical issues.

Pros

Upper management/CEO was great. HR was great. Benefits were great.

Cons

During the pandemic we transitioned to WFH. When we had access to the office, hardly anyone came in because they preferred to WFH. Overtime the office became under-utilized. It's not terrible but it made it more difficult to connect with colleagues socially and face to face. Pay increases and reviews were not discussed. You had to bring it up with your employer. Usually they would give only a small bump in pay.
