      Flexible location/schedule, some interesting perks like PTO for volunteering

      Lack of a voice. Alienating structure. Only concern is growth when systems and teams are not working well, but they keep buying and smashing them together. Too many locations. A concerning use of offshore employees. Very little career mobility/growth. Stripped benefits after being acquired with claims of equal compensation. Entitled management, have been told often that I am lucky to have a job. Employees are a number and meant to be used.
