      Management offers a lot of opportunity to help employees succeed, most positions are hybrid/wfh

      Cons

      Company doesn’t have an open door policy and managers don’t want to be bothered unless it’s urgent. Experienced unfair treatment and workplace harassment with another employee who had seniority. Certain encounters happened right in front upper management and zero consequences were enforced. Leadership is all over the place.
