Pros
The culture is technology forward. Great team and collaborative environment. 20 days of PTO. Good benefits, 401k match. Leadership is accessible and down to earth.
Cons
No clear path for next role. Not good at developing talent. Sales and ops are commingled as a group, but there is still a dotted line between them. It was frustrating to see extra training, etc. go to Sales roles that supposedly should also be open to you. The door appears open, but you cannot pass. The only way to grow and get promotions is to apply for the next role, ie. there is no growth in current role.
