At the office level: Bad management and poor communication of “command structure” Unprofessional work environment with name calling and empty promises If you accept a job here and find something better don’t expect management to be happy for you, there is an entitled attitude that’s really toxic. My impression was they thought people couldn’t find anything better or that made them happier than their own company...and it made a lot of people who left have bad aftertaste to their time at this office No opportunity for growth

The people you work with are solid individuals. The work is really just busy work you just need to make sure you don't make little mistakes and your fine.

Cons

MANAGEMENT. They try I'll give them that. But too often they dint give proper guidance or assistance. It's bad when the department head doesn't know 95% of the activities and is too busy trying to get promoted instead of replying to their employees.
