      You can wear jeans to work.

      Cons

      The Executive Team, whose office line a wall referred to as "the wall of shame", overwork staff to the point of insanity. They have no clue how to prioritize, stick to strategy, and primarily, invest in employees. They lip service values and culture with ZERO action. It's all another job for employees to pile on. Every decision is by committee vote and one voice of dissent and you start all over.
