Pros
Management does seem to care. The company has good benefits and provides employees with a decent amount of PTO.
Cons
Some of the technology made available to their Financial Advisors falls short. This results in more time spent by Operations personnel taking calls from FA's who have trouble navigating their systems. They also have procedures in place that more hinder than help and should be scrapped. An example of this is their annual review process. It's a nightmarish process for all parties involved but yet they continue to use the same process as opposed to finding one that makes more sense and provides tangible benefits for both staff and management.
