Pros

Here, getting promoted to leadership doesn’t require experience or competence — in fact, those might actually hold you back.

Cons

Working here is like running from one fire drill to the next with no clear direction or strategy. Leadership is disorganized and reactive rather than proactive, creating an environment where priorities shift daily and employees are left scrambling. There’s little to no investment in up-to-date technology, so you’re expected to deliver results while working with outdated systems that slow everything down. The culture is toxic, with poor communication, favoritism, and little accountability at the top. Instead of collaboration, there’s finger-pointing and blame-shifting whenever things go wrong. Employee well-being is not a priority, benefits are minimal, pay is below market, and there are no meaningful development opportunities. Overall, this is not a company that values its people or sets them up for success. If you’re looking for stability, growth, or a healthy work environment, look elsewhere.

Pros

You get paid, and coworkers are almost always up for commiseration.

Cons

High expectations without support or infrastructure, little to no training, no structured training, unfocused leadership, Operations is an insane asylum. Operations personnel said they felt guilty for going to the bathroom. Most worked through their lunch, unpaid. Quarantine was a nightmare in that the expectation of always being available was beyond unreasonable. Operations personnel actually worked from home WHILE SICK WITH COVID. It was heartbreaking.
