A company with a solid portfolio that you don’t have to worry about financially too much. Benefits are pretty decent and most managers are great to work with.

Cons

Don’t expect to grow here unless you suck up and make friends with people that are already in the higher up positions. You will never be considered for a promotion because they will always go outside or to their friends first.
