      Its a paycheck, thats it.

      Cons

      Cetera cares way more about the bottom line than its people. They punish you for working from home, compensation reviews are a joke, and management has zero empathy—basically, don’t expect any support.

      Smart company that considers each move carefully. The company is large enough that employees can generally have a single focus area, even within specialties. Good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      The company is in growth mode and has a recent history of acquisitions. Ingesting multiple cultures is difficult at best and the situation is exacerbated by trying to assimilate multiple companies and cultures at once.
