Communication is great from the top down. We often have employee wide Zoom calls with the CEO or other top level executives speaking and providing updates. The company celebrates diversity and wants all minority groups to feel included and valued. They have provided trainings and webinars to be more aware of biases in the work place.

Cons

Reps sometimes find they would still like total independence and not be tied to an office or a manager.

Love working out of Atlanta office. Multiple departments there, but Compliance is biggest. Great local leadership, fun atmosphere. Everyone gets along so well, strong diversity

Cons

Small location, growth opportunities limited out of this area. Less than 40 people in this location, would love to see it grow.
