Casual atmosphere, able to wear jeans most days. Mostly friendly attitude of co-workers.

Cons

Communication issues plague this company. Either you will be flooded with too much useless information about events or situations that do not affect you, or you will receive extremely delayed answers on issues that are relevant and require fast action. Steep learning curve.

This company will work you like a dog and dispose of you even faster. They are heartless and cruel, and think employees can't see through their hidden agenda. Senior management's only goal is getting the company to IPO status so they can cash out. No regard for the humans they use to perform the work to get them there.

Pros

RTO only two days a week. Except it seems like a lot of employees still work remotely. They masked RTO as for collaboration, yet most teams are so spread out across offices and they make exceptions for people. I get the pleasure of sitting in traffic for an hour twice a week (2 roundtrip) to sit in a cubicle without my team or anyone else I work directly with.

Cons

Hopefully Cetera does not acquire your firm. You'll get promoted and recognized as long as you stick to the status quo and never question leadership.
