      Nice people in general, casual office environment, easy going environment as well.

      There can be very long hours.

      Understaffed and priorities out of whack

      Pros

      Pay was decent, nice location downtown, friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      The company has grown a lot recently by acquiring other companies. The back end IT systems haven't been properly integrated so everything is a mess and it causes problems for the support level IT staff and end users. I was the only desktop tech in this location and expected to take care of over 200 end users. Additionally it seems everything is a top priority, which is bad enough when there are enough folks to deal with the problems that surface. When there aren't, it becomes a balancing act. And if everything is top priority, then nothing is.

We recently conducted a talent review within our company in hopes of gaining knowledge as to how we can make workloads more manageable and realistic for our employees.
