None I can think of. If you prefer to turn off your brain at work, then maybe this is the place for you. They do pay very well for people who don't think and keep their heads down.

Cons

No strong processes. Management actually opposed to improvements. A very toxic "do whatever it takes to make it seem okay" mentality. Ethics are in the shades of grey. Everyone wants to pass the buck here, as long as someone else will do it they refuse to step up. Anyone with ambition or hoping to move their career forward, please don't waste time here.

The people you work with are solid individuals. The work is really just busy work you just need to make sure you don't make little mistakes and your fine.

Cons

MANAGEMENT. They try I'll give them that. But too often they dint give proper guidance or assistance. It's bad when the department head doesn't know 95% of the activities and is too busy trying to get promoted instead of replying to their employees.
