Pros
They prefer to promote from within to allow experience to be better utilized for business improvement. Interdepartmental Communication is good, the Diversity and Inclusion culture is great, and the executive team actually listens to individuals from every level for improvements.
Cons
It has the same issue a lot of companies in DSM have. They don't pay as well due to a lower overall cost of living, but the workload and expectations demand a high pay rate than they offer and negotiation of pay rate is very limited.
