Flexible work schedule that includes working from home. The company tries to make social opportunities for coworkers and encourages others to help out in the community

Cons

Training is inconsistent and lacking. My first week was training for new business and two more weeks of 100 percent quality control with feedback. After that, if one moves to a different department, there is no training other than from a person on your team.
