      the benefits except that they give you no bonus

      Cons

      nepotism, incompetent IT management, racism fired after completing all assigned work un time was told by consultant from India that there isn't enough money for them I heard people discussing that a simple page takes the offshore team 2 months so let's not do it

      The vacation time is +5 days than usual

      Cons

      Tense people, incompetent management and no clear direction. Conflicts between IT consultants and regular employees. As a manager one has to be on the consultants part to keep his job and do whatever.
