Pros

A company which is ambitious, dynamic and growing fast. Management are all motivated to grow and expand the company. Lots of opportunities are available and becoming available for good people as company grows. So career prospect are very good. More training, support and systems becoming available. Lots of new products in the pipeline.

Cons

Because company grows fast, the resources needed have difficulty in keeping pace. Therefore makes roles a little more challenging to squeeze as much out of what you have.

Pros

Average pay for entry level. Even if fresh out of college i'd recommend you keep looking, unless you can get a job in R&D or a production group called Marek's. Anything else is not worth it.

Cons

No growth, no raise, just politics and an under-qualified CEO making bad decisions in position appointments and his own involvement.
