      Pros

      Phenomenal mentorship for junior employees. Staff dedicated to creating safe/reliable high-quality products. Friendly environment. Usually reasonable workload. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership changes direction often, leading to unpredictable changes in project expectations and scope. Might be mitigated with less formal (to not waste effort in prep/slide-work) but more often progress sharing for new product development.
