      Friendly colleagues Nice new building with lovely amenities Reputable market-leading product

      Cons

      Always-On mentality/Never Stop Working (even during evenings, weekends, and holidays). Commuting to Oakbrook/Little to no work from home policy No bonuses for non-managers No room for creativity or input. Do what your boss says the way your boss says to do it. Period. Way behind the times. Slow to innovate, not just on their product, but on their culture. Feels like the stuffy, soul-crushing, bureaucratic corporate culture of the early 1990s.

      Pros

      Have dealt with Manasa , in Talent Acquisition , from the start and cannot say enough good things about her. An absolute joy to deal with and an excellent source of knowledge.
