Pros

Pay, they pay above industry standard... great healthcare... ummmm they produce a GREAT product...

Cons

OMG.. where do i start.. I cannot divulge my typical statements.. so .. lets start 1. IT management couldn't manage they way of a paper bay if it were wet and they were holding a pair of scissors 2. People.. there are some honestly good people there, keeping their heads down getting by day to day hoping this is not their day to meet with HR. 3. If you like POLICY.. this place is for you.. they are so heavy on POLICY it's sinking their ship 4. Some people, instead of owning up to their mistakes, taking ownership, they deflect it so their own insecurities and lack of capabilities. 5. HR.. yes, HR.. there are some AWESOME people in HR.. honestly, there are GREAT people. 6.. Vacation time - use it or lose it 7. MOST of the staff in Mexico are scared for their jobs DAILY, they cannot go to their manager for ANYTHING.. especially the IT guys and gals.. 8, They just moved to a new building, owners Duch's are going to see since their product is in a nice shiny new building and go back into the rail business where they earned their BILLIONS. The Duch's can care less about the staff, as long as they earn their millions.

Pros

Adequate benefits, but low pay considering the work. Occassional perks to employees, conveying thanks for their efforts Systems may be antiquated, but are usually dependable.

Cons

Long in queue times for customers. When they get to an agent, they are upset and it tends to make for difficult calls and poor survey results. Too many 'support' people not on the phones. Not uncommon to be extremely busy and have people walking around trying to look busy. Supervisors who are nothing more than watching stats rather than providing any support to their team members. You have to be a part of the cliques in order to get responses. Supervisors are 'perched' at their desks. They purvey a very condescending attitude All in all, customers do not receive the service preached about. The focus is on the supervisors and those agents roaming the production floor..
