Culture clash in office is apparent. Senior leadership is 3 levels deep of ex Newell Rubbermaid people which limits growth opportunities for those 'not in the club'. Older management team of Chamberlain sales culture is full of little children in adult bodies. Both cultures first instinct when things hit a speed bump is blame and throwing people under the bus. I am disappointed when people in leadership positions of both cultures find it appropriate and at times, amusing, to publicly tell others about individuals performance and/or job security. Grow up
There is a lot of positive change and momentum that is underway and needs to be further supported. Many people working towards that change are smart and hard working and just need some more coaching and mentorship, not blame games.
