      The new executive management brought in by the new CEO.

      The cockroaches that are still there after 20, 30, 35 years that do not add value and fail to listen to those who have a proven ability and experience to help grow the business.

      Pros

      Nothing anymore. This company changed for the worse.

      Cons

      This used to be a great company with family oriented people management. Now, you are lucky if you get "meet expectation" review. People were told only people expecting promotion would get "exceed expectation" review. So, the message is there is no need for you to work hard, spend nights and weekends if you will get nothing much anyway.
