Cons

Conditions. The senior manager was not a mentor but a dictator. When asked for assistance was told on many occasions to figure it out. If it was completed but not her way I was chastised fir not asking for assistance.

All the perks of big business; great benefits, discounts, tickets to cool events, company vehicle and expense account.

Cons

Mismanaged, consistent shifting and changes. Layoffs and folks in leadership who probably shouldn’t be in leadership. I think this company will be an overall great place to work in 5 years.
