Beware of some of the fake reviews here, you can probably tell but just saying. So change is really hard at Chamberlain, especially working with a team that has been there for 10+ years. We did hire some new people however everyone new that has joined our team in my 5.5 years working there has left, including Directors and Managers. The Director of the department is surrounded by people who just say yes, no exchanging of ideas, no collaboration and really bad communication within our group.
