      Pros

      I might be biased because of where I'm coming from, but this work environment is an absolute dream. Open environment, passionate and friendly colleagues, lots of collaboration. Most importantly, they're consistently trying to improve on things that work good to begin with, and things that require immediate improvement.

      Cons

      Open work environment takes some getting used to, but I'm quickly adapting.

      Good working place, nice coworker, and boss, company seem to expand and care a lot about long-term development , good work-life balance
