It was a great place to work, now its just a call center.

Pay is reasonable. Most of the employees will help you if you need it (and you will).

Cons

Constant reprimands (almost every Monday) as if there is a quota for them. Management is deaf to concerns from employees. Supervisors do not know the product line they manage, therefore you are on your own. Training is not good enough.

Cons

Lack of opportunity for career advancement unless you are an ex-Rubbermaid employee. Turnover is high and HR/management fail to address the poor morale at a highly profitable company.

Some genuinely nice, competent people work at Chamberlain. None of them work on the management team, and none work in HR. The delusional, overly positive reviews in October are complete fiction.

Cons

Dysfunctional, adversarial, and incompetent management team. HR is, as another review stated, cliqueish with absolutely no thought or regard for keeping confidential information confidential, and totally unprofessional. Embarrassingly so. Apparently, fired someone by walking up and closing the employee's laptop while they were working and stating, we need to talk. Who humiliates people on their way out like that? Morale is obviously very low.
